Directions:
Rinse clean, inspect for sand and other sea debris. (Use spring or filtered water and rinse as many times as you need to ensure that there isn't any sea debris on the sea moss}
Soak for 24-48 hours at room temperature. You can also add lime while soaking.
The sea moss will take on a slippery, soft texture. The size will double.
Drain off the water, rinse clean. (You can also use the water from soaking to blend)
Add sea moss to the blender, blend until smooth and creamy. Also for an extra boost and to cleanse the blood, add elderberry, and or burdock root. Grab a mason jar and store in your refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. For adults, take 2 tablespoons everyday to reap the health benefits. For children, 1 teaspoon once a day. Add to smoothies, yogurt. tea. and soups or take by itself. Enjoy!
